For Android users, head to the Menu, tap More Options, select Settings, and then choose Refresh Data. Tapping YES to confirm. If you're on iOS, you’ll find these same options by going to the Menu, selecting Settings, and then tapping Refresh Data followed by Refresh Now.
If you’re still experiencing issues after that, uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks app can often resolve any glitches and help the receipt feature work properly again.
