You'll want to check your Audit log to see if someone might have unreconciled the transactions. The audit log feature allows you to check the history of changes made to individual transactions. I'll show you how:
- Go to Settings and select Audit Log.
- Select Filter.
- Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
- Select Apply.
