Hi, I get this same error.
When I try to view the transaction register for my credit cards, it displays a blank page with the error;
! Something's not quite right.
Cannot read property 'getMonth' of null
Nice to have you joined this thread, @cn85.
I can share with you some troubleshooting steps to get around the error message. I recommend logging out and logging in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. This will refresh the connection and for any changes to take effect.
If this is not the access, I suggest accessing your account on a private or incognito window. This way, we can check if this issue is caused by browser cache.
The browser uses cache and cookies to help load web pages faster on your next visit. However, this can cause odd behavior that affects the views and performance of QBO. Using a private window is the best way in identifying the issue as this doesn't save any junk files.
To open an incognito window, you can follow these keyboard shortcuts:
If you’re able to view your transaction register I’d suggest deleting your browser cache to refresh the system. If the issue persists, I recommend using other supported browsers. This way, we can identify if this is a browser-integrated issue.
Once you're all set, you might want to check this link for guidance: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online. This can walk you through the steps in matching your bank and QuickBooks balance seamlessly.
I'll be around if you have other follow-up questions managing your transactions. Just tag me in your reply and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Stay safe!
Yes, and I signed out and back in and still doesn’t work. Any suggestions?

Can you share what part or specific area in QuickBooks this error occurred? Any details highly is appreciated.
Also, have you tried performing the solution shared above? If not yet, we can try those details. It's likely a result of a browser error. If that's the case, we can use a private browser to prevent storing additional cache files that may be causing this kind of error message.
Step 1: Use an incognito window:
Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:
Step 2: Delete cache and temporary internet files:
If the error disappears, we can clear cache and temporary internet files to optimize the browser's performance. It will also help delete the information stored in the cache.
