Spinning Cursor

ANyone having issues with spinning cursor when opening a company file.? Never opens only way to stop is CRTL ALT DEL. I have tried everything from Tools Hub. Nothing fixes. File doctor hangs. The app will open a sample file though.

What version do you have? You can search for the system requirements in the community to know if your PC meets them. If it does, please contact our Support team so they can check this behavior.

 

  1. Click on Help.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Choose Contact us.

  4. In the description field, enter a summary of the scenario and hit Continue.
  5. Click Message an agent.
