They are coming in but once the transaction is reviewed and I click Confirm, I get error message "We couldn't add your transaction. sendout.expense - Empty settings value found." So I go to settings, update the values, choose the sync date but the "Sync now" button is grayed out. Called support few times, always get answer engineers are working on it. Is there a way how to go around this error other than adding the sales manually? Its been five months and no fix yet?
Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same error persists, consider using a paid connector.
