Styles and Rules list not showing in QBO

I want to ensure you're able to view the styles and rules list, @sszymoniak.

Can you clarify what page are you currently working on that has an issue? Is it the Chart of Accounts or the Banking section? Good morning. My student states, "I am doing the apply your skills 3-3 and when i attempt : Choose Gear→Lists→All Lists→Price Rules→Create a Rule and make these settings, and then click Apply Rule:, there is no price rules listed for me to choose , just like the the custom styles.

I was able to see the price rule and it is showing under the list but I have gone into the sales receipt the student created. I see it when I select sales receipt, customize, ..the receipt is there but the styles list does not show up when I select the students all list under the gear icon. It looks like it appears for a second then vanishes.

Thanks for coming back and giving us some additional information so they we can figure out why these lists aren't showing up. 

I'm glad we are able to see the Price Rules list. However, the Custom Form Styles list should show under the Price Rules list option. Have you tried scrolling down on the page you sent us the screenshot? 

If you have already and the Custom Form Styles list isn't an option, are you able to see it listed underneath settings like the picture below: 

If so, this could be a workaround in the meantime of getting a solution for the issue.

Hi Candace. I've reviewed both windows and the Custom Form Styles link does not show up. There is no scrolling.

Are you able to meet me in a Google Meet meeting so I can show you her company file and you can see the windows?

Unexpected behavior, such as buttons not working or partially loaded web pages can be caused by a cache full of history and temp files. With this, I recommend accessing your account through a private browser to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. These browsing sessions do not retain local files or cache.

Here are the shortcut keys for each browser:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

Next, go to the Lists screen and look for the Custom Form Styles option (private window). If it shows, we'll have to clear the cache of your regular browser to start on a slate. 

Alternatively, you can use other supported web engines. The current one you're using may have a temporary issue with QuickBooks. Utilizing a new one allows you to get back to working order.

I have attempted your recommendations. I attempted in Chrome using the Incognito mode, and I also attempted to open the company file using Mozilla Firefox. In BOTH applications, the Styling link "briefly" shows temporarily and then disappears.

Is there anyway I can have someone meet me on a Google Meet so they can actually see the issue?

Good morning. These recommendations were already attempted and did not work.

I spoke to an Intuit "rep" yesterday, and after working with them for 45 minutes, the workaround was to imply navigate to the home page, delete "homepage" and insert "formstyles" as part of the URL.

The rep explained to me Intuit is "aware" of the problem., however the problem has only showed up in a level that does not warrant revision or repairing.
