ok i signed in but I am not given the option of which account to choose from even though I have 2 accounts: one for gopayment and the other for my POS regular account. How do we fix? thanks
Thanks.. I did follow those instructions but only one of my accounts shows up. There is not the option of the gopayment account. What is next procedure? thanks
Thanks for getting back here, rwcjr.
To verify, do you have the same login credentials for these two accounts? If so, and you're unable to find the GoPayment account after following the steps above, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can review your account and investigate what's causing this and help you sync the data.
You can click the Chat with us link or get the phone number in this article: Contact Payments or Point of Sale Support.

After talking with an Intuit agent I did get instructions through the "interview" section under File. And received further instructions from another agent about manually inputting a gopayment charge. My sync with gopayment currently downloads everything from the past 4 or 5 years, so I cannot use the sync but at least I have a work around until Intuit engineers solve the above problem.
thanks
