1) I cleared cache and used private tab, and the Run report button is still not found
2) Ok, I reached out to support for this.
3) Tag still not found in the Rows/Columns section
Hello, _gm. Thank you for coming back to this thread.
I appreciate your efforts in clearing your browser's cache. Since the Run report button is still missing, I suggest logging in to QuickBooks through any other supported browser to narrow down the result.
On the other hand, I understand that you want to customize your Profit and Loss report by Tag however, this option is currently available to some reports only. While this is still unavailable, I recommend sending feedback so they can consider adding this feature in future updates.
Here's how:

TAGS are broken.. this is NOT a cache issue or a browser issue. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP
Hi there, @pettytheft.
Seems like my colleague has already addressed this issue and responded to you in the Community. Allow me to provide you the link for more information. Here's the link: Re: Where did the tag page go? I used to be able to click on banking, then tags tab to see my inc.......
Comeback to this thread if you need additional assistance with regards to tagging in bookmark and any QuickBooks-related matter. Keep safe.
This ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT WORK. You have ruined a VERY IMPORTANT feature of the product, which now makes it impossible to track Tagges Expenses.
It is NOT a browser cache issue, it's a QBO Dev issue. None of what you explained works.
Did anyone figure out how to fix this???
It's great having you here in the Community, @Medfam03 . I'm here to ensure you can fix this so that tags will show when you run your report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Firstly, could you please let me know which report you ran? If you run the Profit and Loss (P&L) report, please ensure that you have selected the tag group name in the Display columns by section. If it's a tag without a group, select the Ungrouped tags, so that unassigned tags will show in the report.
Additionally, make sure to choose the correct date range of your report in the Report period section and ensure to click Run report button after.
If the issue persists, we can take some troubleshooting measures to help fix the issue as this could be an issue related to your browser.
To begin, let's access your account through your browser's incognito mode. An incognito window will prevent the browser history from being saved. Please refer to the following keyboard shortcuts based on your browser type:
Alternatively, you can clear the browser's cache to eliminate common errors that may hinder the application from working properly. Clearing the cache will reboot the system, allowing you to work with a clean slate. You can also use other supported browsers to see if the issue persists.
