The feature you've requested is currently unavailable.

I keep getting this message when I try to join. I've tried using multiple links as well as doing the recommended
*Restart Computers and Browsers
*Clear Cache and History and cookies
*Verify browser is updated
*Tried multiple browsers ( Safari and Chrome)
*Tried using link in incognito
None of these solutions worked, does anyone have any idea how to get passed this?

I also appreciate you for performing some troubleshooting steps in fixing this issue. May I know the action you've taken when you've encountered the prompt message? Any additional information you'd share can help me gather more information and give you the best resolution. 

 

However, if you're referring to accepting an email invitation, Rest assured, our engineering team is aware of the issue and is working to fix it.

 

In the meantime, I can share with you some insights to help you get around this issue. Here's how.

 

  1. Have Agent or a user on a different network/not on VPN create an account at accounts.intuit.com using an email address they don't want to use that is NOT associated with any Intuit products/services.
  2. Have User sent QuickBooks Online (QBO)/QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) invite to this newly entered email.
  3. Accept the invite.
  4. Navigate back to accounts.intuit.com and edit the contact information to match the desired User who needs access.
  5. Have User update email address listed in-product to match what we update it to in accounts.intuit.com

 

I also suggest contacting our Support team so you'll be added to the list of affected users and be notified via email of any updates.
