- Have Agent or a user on a different network/not on VPN create an account at accounts.intuit.com using an email address they don't want to use that is NOT associated with any Intuit products/services.
- Have User sent QuickBooks Online (QBO)/QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) invite to this newly entered email.
- Accept the invite.
- Navigate back to accounts.intuit.com and edit the contact information to match the desired User who needs access.
- Have User update email address listed in-product to match what we update it to in accounts.intuit.com
I also suggest contacting our Support team so you'll be added to the list of affected users and be notified via email of any updates.
