The new product is not printing in the invoice on QBO

Hello there, ecchacon.

 

Please ensure you tick the Product/Service in your invoice template to include the new product when printing in an invoice. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top right.
  2. Select the Custom form style.
  3. Find the template, then tap Edit.
  4. Hit the Content tab, then Account summary.
  5. Tick Product/Service.

 

Moreover, QuickBooks occasionally displays unusual behavior and encounters performance issues due to stored internet caches. Let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to identify if it's related to browser issues. First, repeat the activity using an incognito window or a private browser. The keyboard shortcuts are as follows:

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

 

If you're able to do so, return to your regular browser and clear your browser's history to start afresh. If not, you can also ustilize a different supported browser because the one you're utilizing now may have a temporary problem.
