The subscription is giving me and error message but the payment was taken out. Also I try to change the business information and I'm also given and error message?

The subscription is giving me and error message but the payment was taken out. Also I try to change the business information and I'm also given and error message?

Hello there, @kassondram13.

 

Let's go over your subscription and business info on the Accounts and Settings page so you can verify your billing charges and company data in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This way, you can keep your account accurate and updated.

 

Before we start, can you share with me the subscription and business info error messages you've received in QBO? With this, I can search for any ongoing investigations and provide you with the appropriate resolution for your concerns.

 

In the meantime, let's visit the Company and Billing & subscription menus on the Account and Settings page to gather all the information you need to resolve the error messages you've received. 

 

In the Company menu, check your business information (i.e., Company name and type, Contact info, and addresses) and make sure all the data are correct. Then, go to the Billing & subscription menu to check your subscription status and billing charges. To do this, here's how:

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ or the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and settings.
  3. Go to the Company menu and check your business info on the Company name and typeContact info, and Addresses fields. 84.PNG
  4. Once done, select the Billing & subscription menu and check your subscription status and payment history. 85.PNG

 

When your subscription and business info are all correct, you can log out and then log back into your QBO account to refresh the system.
