Can you tell me if invoice 1023 was paid through their bank ?

need to know where the money is for this invoice and if it was paid by my client

Customer payments that are made online are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days, lauren53.

 

However, we're unable if a specific invoice has already been paid or not. You'll want to reach out to your client to verify if invoice 1023 has already been paid. 

 

Processing of payment also gets faster as you process more transactions. You can log in to your merchant account to check the status of the payment. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Go to Activity & Reports, then click Deposits.

  3. Click the Payment Type dropdown and select the payment type that's used by the customer.

  4. Set the date range.

  5. You can limit your search based on the funding status of the deposit. 

  • All. This displays all transaction batches, no matter what their current status is (funded or pending).
  • Funded. This displays transaction batches that have been funded to your bank account and are now available to you.
  • Pending. This displays transaction batches that have been submitted for funding but have not actually been funded to your bank account.
