Too many emails

Every time I connect our third party software (CCC) to QB (to export accounting transactions to QB), I get an email telling me that I've done so.  I do this A LOT throughout the day.  Is there a way to stop getting the emails?  Thanks!

Too many emails

Thank you for giving further details of your concern, @LM241.

I can confirm that the emails you receive are from Intuit based on the screenshot you've attached, and I can share why this happens.

The unsubscribe option provided by Intuit applies only to marketing emails. Activity-related emails, such as when a third-party app is connected to QuickBooks Online (QBO), don't have this option since Intuit sends these email notifications for security purposes. For this reason, customers don't have a direct option of turning off activity-related emails.

In the meantime, I suggest reviewing your Intuit account and turning off marketing email notifications. Here's how:

  1. Go to your Intuit Account.
  2. Select the Preferences tab.
  3. Scroll down and uncheck All QuickBooks Marketing.
  4. Hit Save.

I'll add this article to review the QBO email addresses that Intuit uses to deliver notifications: Receive important email messages from Intuit.

Feel free to leave a reply below if the issue of receiving emails persists on your end. We'll do our best to assist you. Take care.

Too many emails

Hi, @LM241.

I understand when you added the third-party app to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, you got an email saying it worked. But even after that, you keep getting email notifications.

This is going beyond the QuickBooks Online (QBO) system, but I do have a few suggestions to help you continue working with CCC on your QBO:

  • You can mark those emails as spam to prevent receiving them.
  • At the bottom of the email template, there should be an option to unsubscribe and stop receiving notifications from the third-party app.
  • Reach out to an IT professional who can help you address and filter out those specific emails.

If you have any questions about integrated app or any other concerns related to our product, please leave a message below. I'll be here waiting for you.

It looks like the emails are coming from Intuit (not the CCC app) and I don’t see a way to unsubscribe or mark as Spam.   See attached sample--and thank you for your help!
