I can guide you through the steps on how to convert QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to QuickBooks Online (QBO). Since you have the older QuickBooks version, you'll have to use the QuickBooks Desktop file restoration tool to upgrade your file.

Your QBD version is outdated. You can utilize the trial version for QBD 2019 to upgrade your file and migrate to QB Online. Contact us in private and we may share the trial code for it.
