Trying to downgrade my QBO Plus subscription but getting error message. "something not quite right". I've talked to 3 "experts" and chatted with one and nobody can help.

Thanks for stopping by the Community, I just checked to see if there were any open cases on this issue, meaning that there were multiple people experiencing the problem, but it doesn't look like there is one. I'm more than happy to provide you the detailed steps to perform a downgrade on your account, but I would strongly suggest reaching back out our support team as they have the tools to diagnose the error your receiving. The steps to downgrade are as follows. 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select Billing & Subscription. Make sure your payment info is up-to-date.
  3. Select Downgrade your plan. If you can’t see this option, follow this link to downgrade.
  4. Select Choose Plan.
  5. Review what's changing with your new plan.
  6. When you're ready, select Continue or Submit.
  7. Review the billing details.
  8. Select Change plan, then Done.
