Buy nowHowdy!
I'm seeing a bit of conflicting information online regarding this specific option. So far, I'm able to tell that there are two options to keep using QB Desktop; a single-time purchase and a subscription.
My company does not use any online banking/payroll features and would prefer to use QB desktop, but the old PC is running pretty slow, so I wanted to at least get Windows 11 on here.
Would anyone be able to assist me with the different options and their corresponding costs?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!!
I know how essential of keeping your software running smoothly, @trackey365. I'm here to shed some light about upgrading your system to Windows 11, trackey.
In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), it's important to ensure that your system meets the specific requirements for the software to be compatible with your overall business operations. QBDT 2024 is specifically designed to work seamlessly with 64-bit Windows 11 (natively installed).
Please note that QuickBooks no longer provides the option for single-time purchases and now offers subscription-based services. If you prefer a single-time purchase, you can still explore this option through third-party retailers.
Furthermore, the available versions for purchase are QBDT Pro Plus, Premier Plus, and Enterprise. For pricing information, please contact our Support team for detailed subscription options tailored to your business needs. Here's how you can reach them:

You're always welcome to reply to this post if there's anything else you need further assistance with when managing the data compatibility of your account.
If you don't need to run any add-ons (e.g QB Payroll, QB Payment), you can use QB Desktop with a non subscription license to run on Win 11. You should contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA for advice.
