Unable to access company file using QB accountant 2019 desktop

Hi ,
Recently we purchased QB accountant 2019 desktop version. Installation successful. But when trying to access company file facing issues. PFA screenshots for the reference.

 

Any help appreciated.

I see no screenshot. Which QB Desktop year version do you need to open on your version?

Hey satC,

 

Thank you for uploading the screenshot. Have you selected the option Download, and if so, do any error messages pop up? If you haven't, click that option. Here is a link to download the newest QuickBooks File Doctor. Please note that if you have an existing version of the File Doctor, uninstall that program use the link mentioned above to fix the damages to your company file.

Thanks for reaching back on this thread. Allow me to point you in the right place. 

 

Since the steps didn't work, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team for further assistance. They'll be able to help walk you through the instructions to get this resolved. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu. 
  2. Press the QuickBooks Desktop Help option. 
  3. Click the Contact Us hyperlink.
  4. Give a brief description of the issue and hit Let's talk
  5. Scroll down and select to Get a callback

 

It's that easy!

Hi,
When I'm trying to access file doctor attached configuration issue is occurring. Even though waiting of more than hours same popup is displaying.
