When accessing the ProAdvisors page, you may notice that there's no email box available to directly connect with your accountant. However, you can still reach out using their provided contact details, such as their website or phone number.
Alternatively, you can contact your accountant directly within your QBO account instead of using the Find a ProAdvisor website. Here’s how to do it:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Go to the Accounting menu and select My accountant.
- If you want to invite your accountant, enter their email address and click Invite.
- If you choose to locate them manually, select the Find a pro to help option.
