Unable to Invoice - QBO logging everyone out since about 2:25pm Central

Is anyone else experiencing the glitch of being logged out of QBO when clicking on an old invoice or attempting to create a new invoice?  Started occurring for us around 2:25pm central time

 

With daily invoicing underway we need this glitch fixed asap.  We've replicated the issue in 3 browers - Chrome, Edge and Firefox so it is an Intuit issue not a browser issue

I'm having the same issue. I've replicated this on Google Chrome and Firefox as well - even after clearing the cache on both.

If you can't view your transactions after trying different browsers and clearing your cache, I recommend contacting our customer support for further assistance. They have specialized tools and resources designed to help troubleshoot and resolve your issue, and they can facilitate clear communication between you and the support team.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In your QBO account, select Help (?).
  2. Choose the Search tab.
  3. At the bottom of your screen, click Contact Us.  
  4. Type your concern. Then click Continue.
  5. You may choose CallbackAppointment, or Chat to connect with us.
  6. Fill out the First and Last nameEmail address, and Phone number fields.
  7. Depending on what you choose as your way to contact us, click CallbackSchedule an appointment, or Chat.

Once your customer pays the invoice, you can record it and link it to the invoice to balance your accounts.
