Unexpected error

I got you covered, Rkid.

Let's fix the error, "Something’s not quite right. Unexpected token in JSON at position 0".

Browser with frequently access pages can cause usual behavior like this unexpected error. Using a private window helps us verify a browser cache issue since this doesn’t store any cache files. To begin, you can provide them these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome browser)
  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browser)
  • Press keys: Command + Shift + N (Safari browser)

If you're using a browser and you receive this error message, I recommend having them clear their browser's cache to refresh the system. If the issue persists, have them use other supported browsers. This way, we can verify if this a browser-related issue.

Additionally, we have easy-to-access articles, webinars, and video tutorials that will help you in familiarizing the different tasks, features, and functions of QBO. Below are the following:

I hope this helps get you back on track. If you have any other questions, just let me know. Have a great a day ahead.

Unexpected error

That wasn’t the exact error message I received. In any case the error went away on its own and I’m able to view my customers again. Thanks!
