When you try to update your products and services, you have the option to modify them each or by bulk.
You can directly export your items list under the Products and Services menu. This way, you can select the columns you need to match the import template. Here’s how:
- Go to the Sales menu, then choose Product and Services.
- Select the Filter option.
- Select the Status, Type, and Category.
- Press Apply.
- Click the Small gear icon.
- Select the needed columns that match the template.
- Select the Export icon.
Please know that importing can replace your list, sometimes make your existing item inactive, and create duplicates, especially if it imports incorrectly.
You can edit your inventory list manually to update a certain product line. I’ll show you how:
- Go to the Sales menu, then choose Product and Services.
- Select the Filter option.
- Select the Status, Type and Category.
- Press Apply.
- Select Edit in the Action column.
- Update the price, then Save and close.
