1. I can only seem to export a list from the reports section, but it doesn't have all the columns listed in the import template. Is there somewhere I can export to excel with the same columns as the import section?
2. I only want to update a certain product line. Can I select and update only certain Items or will the entire list be replaced when I import? Can I update by sub categories?
I need to do a bulk price update for products that are already in our inventory list, for a specific product line/vendor, was looking to export a current list, update in excel, then import the updated list.

When you try to update your products and services, you have the option to modify them each or by bulk.
You can directly export your items list under the Products and Services menu. This way, you can select the columns you need to match the import template. Here’s how:
Please know that importing can replace your list, sometimes make your existing item inactive, and create duplicates, especially if it imports incorrectly.
