Join nowWe are using the UPS Shipping Manager in QB Enterprise Desktop. We are unable to view multi-user shipping labels created, each user is only able to see their own labels created. Is there a function available to see all labels created?
Also, are you able to select Return Shipment/Call Tag when creating labels? We are not seeing this function as an online option.

Ideally, all the users can view and access the labels created by other users in Multi-user mode. Let’s perform some troubleshooting steps to get around this issue. I recommend using the Verify Rebuild utility tool in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

This problem can happen when the Shipping Manager's account is damaged. To help you get back on track, I recommend using the Verify and Rebuild Data in QuickBooks Desktop. You can follow the steps provided by my colleague which helps resolve your concern.
