Registers won't open when pressing Ctrl + R, when double-clicking on an Account, or when right-clicking on an account and then going to use register. Help!
Yes, many people are suddenly seeing this. It does not appear to have anything to do with your company file. When a user sees this it happens in all their files.
On another thread, customers are posting that running QuickBooks with administrator privileges makes it work again.
Right click the QB icon and pick Run as administrator:
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
