I have a question about Users and their access, when I click on the gear icon and go to manage users; for options appear

1) It appears that all that I do on qb shows up as my name, and the system admin and the online admin. How can I track more efficiently everything that the bookkeeper is doing, since it may show up as system admin, which doesn't say specifically who logged in and did anything. Asking because I'm being charged per month for their service, and I want to ensure that they are actually logged in a doing what they were requested to do.
2) What type of access should a bookkeeper be given? Thank you.
