For me also, it would be more convenient if I didn't have to make diff passwords for every single company. But at least the person who posted on May 2, 2019, has told me that it isn't my imagination -- it's just the way QB works. I am going to be setting up a sandbox "company" so I can test things w/o danger of messing up my real company's file. -- Question: Does QB require routine changes of passwords? Good for security, but it's a hassle.
"Password utilities" exist, but I really distrust them. A major product from another company wanted me to log in using my photograph -- I let it do so -- whereupon my photo contained my password, and the photo was used by a hacker who knew how to extract my password from the photo, causing me much nuisance.
