Since retrieving the validation code need some personal information, I recommend contacting our Phone Support Team. This way, they can look into your account and provide you the validation code.
To reach them:
- Open your QuickBooks Desktop.
- Click the Help tab at the top menu bar (you can still do this without opening a company file).
- Select QuickBooks Desktop Help, then click Contact Us.
