Join nowWhen I tied to backup my company file --> Create local backup, I received a "Failed" error while it was trying to verify the data integrity. I went to Utilities --> Verify data and that came back with "Quickbooks detected no problem with your data." I then used the F2 key and clicked on "Review last Verify / Rebuild" button. It shows 2 issues found. I pasted them here...

My question is, can I fix these 2 errors and if so, how? Step by step please.
My next question is, what would happen if I closed out of the company and then tried to re-open it? I have found that sometimes logging out and then logging back in helps in some situations.
My concern is that everywhere I have searched so far, I see that you don't want to rebuild your file often. So I'm looking to see if that can be avoided. Thank you in advance for any usable advice you can give me.
Hi Trisha1123. This error can occur when you have an online bank feed attached and there's an error with the login on the QuickBooks end.
Sometimes this will happen because another computer is logged into the online banking while QuickBooks attempts to perform the update. I would suggest you first attempt to check all your computers, phones, etc that they are not remaining logged into your online banking after use.
The next step to troubleshooting if that does not work would be to clear browser cache and cookies to ensure there isn't a temporary file infliction causing the o5nline banking to believe it is logged in. Follow our article on clearing cache and cookies to perform this process.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Thank you Steve. I'll check that first next time. I don't believe I was logged in on another device, but that doesn't mean it couldn't have happened that way. I ended up logging out of QBDT and logging back in. I was able to save the file. I don't know if that's a real fix or not, but it got me rolling again. Thanks for your help and good advice. :)
No problem Trisha1123. Occasionally things happen like that, but I'm glad you were able to get it going.
