Currently, we have switched to an automated call back feature through your QuickBooks account instead of reaching us through a telephone call. From there, you can go to the Help menu and click Contact Us to get a callback from us.

The browser may have reached the limit to store internet files that cause QBO to display unexpected messages. In this case, I'd suggest using an incognito or private browser to isolate this.
In this mode, you can avoid cached data while accessing the QBO account.
You can open a supported browser, then use this shortcuts:
From there, sign in to QuickBooks and check if the vendor's contact info is in there. You can then clear the browser's cache to clean the browser from glitches. It also improves the browsing experience in QBO.
Otherwise, use another supported browser to sign in with QBO.
