We e-filed the 1099s how long does it take for the recipients to receive their copy?

Your contractors or vendors should expect to receive their 1099 forms approximately one to two weeks after they have been e-filed. If they didn't receive it, they will be resent to the address provided in your company information.

If your suppliers don't receive their forms within 7 business days after the specified date, you can print their copies from your account or invite them to view the digital copies. You can find step-by-step instructions in this article: Invite a Contractor to add their Tax Info.

Once the vendors receive the invite, they'll need to enter their W-9 info. Then, an email will be sent when the form is ready for download. You can share the steps below to access it:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
2. Go to the Clients menu.
