Yes, QuickBooks Online (QBO) can import up to 50,000 invoices, aturner. I'll be glad to discuss this further.

Firstly, QuickBooks doesn't have a transaction limit, allowing it to handle the importation of over 100,000 invoices and bills. However, since you're using a connector to import these transactions, the ability to do so will depend on the capabilities of your third-party app.

Also, please know that QuickBooks considers invoices that include sales tax to be more complex compared to those without it. For reference, please see this article: Import multiple invoices at once.

Since QBO is a cloud-based accounting platform, its performance depends on your device's processing power. Therefore, ensure you have sufficient memory and a strong processor to maintain optimal functionality. Shortages in either of these areas can reduce the software's performance. For more information, please visit this article: System requirements for QuickBooks Online products.

Also, I'll include this article if you want guidance in receiving customer-based payments in QuickBooks: Record invoice payments.
