This week, when I enter an employee's time in the Weekly Timesheet screen, the Customer field is displaying the *sub-product of the Customer in the box and not the *Customer. I noticed this as of yesterday. Completely inconvenience during month-end invoicing time. I have reported it; however, I have zero confidence that the issue has been sent to the tech department. Is there anyone in this forum that works at QB and can escalate this issue?
Log out of QBO.
Next, let's have you clear your browser cache. This will remove all the cache and helps your browser to function best.
Log back in and re-open the weekly timesheet.
I'd love to hear how this goes! If you have any remaining issues opeinnig your weekly timesheet, I'd like to hear about it. Have a fantastic weekend!

An update: I was able to get a call back from an agent today. He *actually spent some time researching the issue. He found that this is a known international issue. The Canada division has resolved it on their side and he is hopeful that the U.S. side will resolve soon as well.
