What does this error mean please. You and (name) were working on this at the same time. (Name) finished before you did, so your work was not saved.

Does this mean that someone else is logged in as me?

I keep getting this error. The person it says is working on this at the same time is not even logged into this computer yet. Keeps happening randomly. I opened a ticket about it and just got an email saying its resolved.

Went into an estimate tried to save my work and error popped back up!

I understand you're still encountering the prompt suggesting another user is working simultaneously, even though you received an email stating the issue was resolved. Given that this problem persists, I recommend contacting our Live Support Team again during their support hours.

They possess specialized tools that allow them to access your account and conduct a further investigation. It will aid them in understanding why the issue continues despite the initial resolution attempt. Here's how to reach them:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
  2. Click Help.
  3. Select the Search tab and enter a keyword related to your concern.
  4. Click Contact Us.

Additionally, you can check out this article for more information about user roles and access permissions: User roles and access rights.

Finally, I'll share this resource to help you convert an estimate directly to an invoice: Convert an estimate into an invoice in QuickBooks Online.
