Buy nowThere are multiple 3rd party options to do a sync but QuickBooks used to have an official "connector" app that was included as part of the QuickBooks Advanced subscription.
I have found references to that connector app in multiple places online, including the official documentation for both Salesforce and QuickBooks , but the link to that app is no longer valid:
https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/appdetails/salesforce/en-us?premiumApp=true
As best I can tell, Intuit has pulled that app out of the store very recently but I've not found any mention of why.
Thank you for your efforts to investigate the unavailability of the app, rsyring.
I understand that the disappearance of the Salesforce Connector by QuickBooks app has created a challenge on your end, especially that you included it in your quote for a client. Let me help you find an alternative that will enable your client to connect their Salesforce account to QuickBooks.
As a user of our app, I believe it's crucial for you to be informed in advance about the reasons for app removals, particularly those provided by QuickBooks. This will give you sufficient time to find a replacement and understand the discontinuation reasons. I encourage you to share your feedback on this matter to help our Development team establish a process, such as communicating with app users before removing the apps from the system.
If you have more questions about app integrations or anything else related to Salesforce and QuickBooks, feel free to ask. I'm here to support you.
Oh, man. I'm pretty sure you just told me to search the app store for an integration app. That so unhelpful and doesn't even come close to answering my question.
When I chatted with QB "support" earlier today regarding this issue, they asked me if I had made sure to clear the cache on my browser. At least this answer was more helpful than that one.
It looks like the Salesforce Connector app is no longer available in the QuickBooks App Store, and there isn’t much official info about its current status. If you're looking to connect Salesforce with QuickBooks Online, you can explore integration platforms like Skyvia — they offer flexible no-code options for syncing data between the two systems.
