what happened to the search icon that used to be top left- Magnifying glass.I used it all the time to looking and connect partial info

Often I have a phone number, PO #, estimate # or partial address to connect to the full client. Button looks to be gone as of today.

Since you’re still not seeing the expected search results, please refresh your web browser using the reload/refresh button near the address bar.

 

Also, you can log out and then log in to refresh the connection. If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Live support team. They can securely review your account and provide further assistance.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Click on the (?) Help icon in the top-right corner of your QuickBooks.
  2. Type "Contact support" in the Search bar
  3. Click the Contact Us button at the bottom.
  4. Choose your preferred method of connection: either Chat or Callback.
