If you're still unable to locate the Help icon, let's access your QBO account through a private browsing window to see if it's a browser-related issue. You can use the following shortcut keys to access incognito mode:

• Safari: Shift + ⌘ + N
• Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

If the system works fine in a private browser, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to allow for a fresh start. If the problem persists, I suggest switching to a different supported browser.

Just to ensure we're aligned, are you seeing an error message even after entering the correct login credentials while attempting to access your account? If that’s the case, could you share the specific error message you’re encountering? This will help us pinpoint the exact solution to resolve the issue for you, JLC.

However, if you forgot your password or username, we will send you a code so you will regain access to your account. To do so, follow the steps below:

1. Use the Access Recovery Page to go to the sign-in page.
2. Enter your account’s phone number or email address on our sign-in help page.
3. Select Password, then Forgot password, or Text a code to [your number].
4. Check your text messages or email for the code we've sent. Be sure to leave the recovery page open—don’t close it while checking your email.
5. Input the code on the sign-in page and follow the remaining prompts. You may reset your password during the process if required or skip this step and sign in directly.

It may take a couple of minutes for your code to arrived. Just make sure you're entering the most recent code that was sent. If you didn't received your verification code, these are the things that you can do:

• Check your junk mail or spam folder to see if the email went there.
• Check all email addresses you might've used to sign up for your account.
• Unblock or add Do_not_reply@intuit.com as an approved sender in your email app.
