We're delighted to welcome you to the Community, and thank you for chiming on this thread, JoshQ1. I understand you're having trouble locating the Help icon. I’ll guide you through the process and provide a screenshot for your reference to ensure you can connect with our support team.

Here's a detailed guide to connect with us:

  4. Choose a way to connect with us:
  • Have us call- we'll save your spot in line and call you back.
  • Chat with us- Start a conversation.

To ensure you receive timely assistance, check out their support hours.

If you're still unable to locate the Help icon, let's access your QBO account through a private browsing window to see if it's a browser-related issue. You can use the following shortcut keys to access incognito mode:

  • Safari: Shift + ⌘ + N
  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + ShiftN
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

If the system works fine in a private browser, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to allow for a fresh start. If the problem persists, I suggest switching to a different supported browser.

I hope this information helps you resolve your issue, JoshQ1. If you have further questions or encounter any difficulties while following these steps, please don't hesitate to reach out. Your satisfaction is my priority, and we're committed to ensuring you have a smooth experience with QuickBooks.
