To accept the new QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Gold Edition per-employee payroll terms, log in to your CAMPS account as the primary admin and follow these steps:
 

1. Go to camps.intuit.com and sign in using the email or user Id associated with your QuickBooks Enterprise admin account.
2. Choose your product, and then locate the Payroll Subscription Details. Look for the Gold Edition setup and then click on Details or Edit next to the payroll service.
3. View Terms and Billing. The new per-employee fee structure will be listed here once the consent has been processed.
4. To see the legal language, look for the Terms of Service or Legal Agreements link, usually located at the very bottom of the page or under the Billing Information tab.
5. Ensure the person logged in is the Primary Admin. Only the Primary Admin has the authority to view or change sensitive billing terms and give legal consent for fee changes.
