What is SEND AND FUND?

Hi there, Robert! I'd love to help with this.

To better assist you, could you please specify where you're encountering the Send and Fund message? It would also be helpful if you could share a screenshot showing where you're seeing this option.

Once we have a bit more context, we'll be glad to offer assistance tailored to your needs. Looking forward to hearing back from you.

What is SEND AND FUND?

Well... now I don't see it.

After I click REVIEW AND SEND at the bottom of an Invoice page, at the bottom of final page is a green button SEND INVOICE. To the left of that is a button SEND AND FUND. Only now I don't see it.  ???

What is SEND AND FUND?

Thanks for returning the thread and providing more details, @robert175. The Send and Fund option is only visible if you have certain add-on subscriptions linked to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. The availability of this option can depend on the specific services connected to your account.

If you'd like to verify the details of this option, I recommend connecting with our Live Support team. They’ll be able to securely review your account and provide specific guidance tailored to your setup.

To reach out, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help (?) icon in the upper-right corner.
  3. Use the QB Assistant or the Search tab to ask a question.
  4. Type Contact Us and follow the prompts to connect with a live support expert.

I'd also like to share that our QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted team is available to provide personalized advice tailored specifically to your business’s unique financial needs.

Let us know in the thread if you have any other questions. We’re here to help.
