Let me point out some details with Intuit Payment charges, yujjainwala.
You'll see bank charges only if you're using online banking with QuickBooks. Please know this isn't an Intuit charge but a service fee for allowing the connection. You can look up the charge in your billing history. Here's how:
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings , then select Account and settings.
- Go to the Billing & Subscription tab. You’ll see all your active subscriptions.
To learn more about what are these fees, check out this article for your reference: Standard Payment Fees & Rates.
However, if you're still unsure about the charge, I suggest reaching out to our support team so they can double-check the charges. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment which we're unable to do it here in the Community. Here's how to reach them:
- Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
- When asked by the bot, enter your concern.
- Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
- Choose either Chat or Callback.
Moreover, you'll want to view your subscription information, change your billing cycle or change your subscription, go through this article for more details: Manage Billing, Payment, And Subscription Information In QuickBooks Online.
Please touch base with us if you have any other concerns. We're always here to help you.
