When I create the 1099 and preview I have no option to e-file or print ?

My cllient has payroll core, which included 1099.  Contractors are set up and status of w-9 ready.   Yet when I go through the steps to create 1099 which I can do  When I get to the final step to file there is no option . It just kicks back to preview and says no filings to show.

Our browsers sometimes fill so much cache that causes malfunction of features or slowing down of a website, especially QuickBooks Online.

 

We can start with accessing your QuickBooks Online account through your browser's Incognito Mode. Here are the keyboard shortcuts to go to Incognito or InPrivate Mode in your browser:

 

For Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge / Opera:

  • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mac: Command ⌘ + Shift + N

For Firefox:

  • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mac: Command ⌘ + Shift + P

For Safari:

  • Shift + Command ⌘ + N

 

If this works, you may proceed to clear your browser's cache and cookies. If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks payroll support team so they can investigate it further.
