Glad to see you here in the Community, dinkfeet. I'll help you with printing some copies of your 1099s in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If you have e-filed your 1099s with us, you can locate the Copy B and Copy C forms easily. Here's how:
However, if you're filing manually with the IRS, you can print a copy of your forms, but you'll have to secure a compatible pre-printed 1099 kit to do so. Pre-printed forms must include papers for all copies of your forms. If you want to get one from us, you can go through this link: https://www.intuitmarket.intuit.com/tax-forms/1099-forms.
Once you have your pre-printed forms handy, follow these steps to proceed with the process:
For more details about the process, please refer to this article: Print your 1099 and 1096 forms.

I have followed these instructions, and still only the Copy A form prints. The pdf is only 1 page, that's how I know that none of the Copy B or C are available to print. I can not print multiple copies of Copy A because it's a different format than Copy B. Please help.
I have followed these instructions, and only one page appears to print: Copy A. After I print that, there are no options to print Copies B and C, which have different formatting and purposes than Copy A. Please help.

As an update, I spent several days with Customer Service, including sharing my screen. The end result is that you can not print and mail Copy B and C. Those forms are only available if you purchase the Intuit/Quickbooks tax filing services. This is a real problem for business owners who use their own tax accountant separate from Intuit. So I had to handwrite Copy B and C instead of printing them after following the instructions and working with Customer Service.
My request is that Quickbooks update their instructions page. It is inaccurate to say "I'll print and mail" on the 1099s section of Quickbooks because you can only print Copy A.
