You can suggest to your customers to use a different browser and check if it resolves the issue viewing their invoices, @premierhomehandy.

Kindly check out this article for the list of supported browsers for QuickBooks: System requirements for QuickBooks Online products.

You can also encourage your customers to clear their browser's cache, as it can store excessive data that may cause QuickBooks to function improperly. The links below will guide your customers through the steps for clearing the cache in Safari and other browsers:

Alternatively, recommend your customer to update their Safari to the latest version for the best experience when using QuickBooks Online.

That is not helpful and is unreasonable. Business do not ask customers to go out of their way and jump through hoops in order to do business with them.

However, I can suggest that Intuit fix their code and create the invoices so that browsers will load and display them properly. Wouldn't that be fun for everyone?

I’m not meaning to be snarky, but it will sound like I am, and for that my apologies. You are in a customer facing job and how many times have you successfully left a customer satisfied by telling them that they should jump through hoops for you in order to make something that you are trying to get them to do, to work?  And do you really believe that is the right way to do things?
