I had already had the block pop-ups box checked. So I unchecked it and closed preferences. Went back, clicked again on the block box, go to email invoice and I get this pop-up
In addition, after closing the QB payments pop-up, the system freezes and I have to go to Task Manager to end it and start over. Very frustrating.

Once completed, restart your device. When you open QuickBooks, make sure to review the preference settings. Then, try sending invoice again.
