Hello there, aaadditions.
I understand how important it is to easily access your expense materials in QuickBooks Online.
One of the potential causes could be that over time, your browser accumulates corrupted and out-of-date cache files from websites you visit. Sometimes this results in problems loading or navigating those pages.
To isolate and resolve any browser-related problems, let's carry out some troubleshooting steps. We'll start by opening a private or incognito window and access to your QuickBooks Online account. To open one, use the keyboard shortcut listed below, depending on your browser:
- For Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
If you can see all three pages of your expenses, return to your regular browser and clear its cache. This procedure will clear any outdated or corrupted internet files that may be causing problems while browsing.
You can also use other supported browsers for the best experience while working in QuickBooks Online.
I've also added this article just in case you need help sending the complete details of your expenses to your tax accountant: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.
Feel free to return to this Community thread for any follow-up questions or concerns about expenses. I'll be here to help.
