When I try to reconnect to PNC, I am getting this "This function is temporarily unavailable at this time. Please try again later. we apologize for any inconvenience."

I have tried Chrome private mode and still the same message.

I am able to log in to my PNC account just fine but when connecting to quickbooks, it's not working

Since you tried Chrome private mode and still get the error message, let's log in to your account using a different browser. There are times that the web directory is full of frequently accessed page resources, which causes some errors or unusual responses. 

 

Let's also clear its cache to speed up the process next time you do a transaction in QuickBooks Online. 

 

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online support team. They have the tools to check your account in a safe environment, and they can help find the root cause of your issue and find a fix.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select the Help (?) menu.
  3. Choose the Assistant tab.
  4. Click the Talk to a human option.

  5. Select Get help from a human.

  6. Click either Chat with us or Have us call you button.

I tried Google chrome and Microsoft edge. Didn’t work. Also tried clearing the cache.

Utilize the trial version of MT Online to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank or connection.
