Just to confirm, are you referring to the 'Add text message' feature where you send invoices via SMS text in QuickBooks Online (QBO)?

If so, QuickBooks Online recently made changes to its invoicing tools. If you're using the ne yw invoice layout, the option to directly send invoices via SMS is no longer available. However, there's an easy alternative in which you can share the link of the specific invoice with your customer by copying and pasting it.
