Buy nowI have already tried to change the format to text, copy and paste values but it still does not work. Note: I have used this for several months and it worked perfectly by just copy and pasting from an excel spreadsheet. This started 2 weeks ago.

The spreadsheet sync does not use an internet browser. It uses Excel.
The spreadsheet sync does not require the use of an internet browser. When selected it opens the Microsoft Excel program on my computer and uses the QB extension that is already attached.
