When will QBO App work with Windows 11?

Have not been able to use the QBO App since purchasing a new computer. Forced to deal with the browser version which I do not like as much as the App. Also the newest Google Chrome does not seem to support QBO completely. There are many confusion boxes that do not show up as they should on the newest google chrome. For example when closing a window out the X at the top right is just a box, not an X. That happens throughout QuickBooks Online in many different areas on google chrome.

Just wondering if there is any time frame on when QuickBooks will catch up with Windows 11.

When will QBO App work with Windows 11?

I know the move isn't an easy process for you, Mel221.

I'm here to share some details about this.

The QuickBooks Online desktop apps are no longer supported as of April 20, 2021. This is due to the limited use of the program. We don't have a time frame when this will be added to work with Windows 11.

As of now, we'll have to use the web browser to work on your data. You can also access your account via a mobile app.

As for closing the window, let's make sure the X button is visible. Then, click it to close the page. For your visual reference, I've attached a screenshot below.

Also, I'd recommend ensuring your computer's operating system meets the minimum requirements. This helps the program run smoothly.

Additionally, I encourage browsing our QuickBooks Help page to see tutorials and handy articles that you can use as guides in completing your other QuickBooks tasks.

I'm only a few clicks away if you need assistance working on your books. It's always my pleasure to help you out again.
