Please know that the issue regarding the no option to Void and refile rejected 1099 filings in QuickBooks is already tagged closed and resolved. Since you're still experiencing this problem, let's perform troubleshooting steps to ensure you can see the said button that allows you to redo all processed 1099s.
Once the browser's cached files have issues, QuickBooks functionalities may get affected such as being unable to see the Void button. I also recommend opening your QBO account in a private browser. This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue that might cause unexpected behavior.
Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using:
If it works in incognito, you'll have to clear the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. If the steps above don't work, use another supported browser as an alternative.

Yes my client also got an email 3-hours ago that this issue had been resolve already.
