Why aren't we receiving emails for Accepted Tax Payment from Intuit Payroll Service anymore?

We have not been receiving the typical email from Intuit Payroll Service that our tax payment has been accepted since late January.  We know that we can go into the Payroll Center to check the status of the tax payment, but we would prefer to receive those emails.  Do you know why we aren't receiving the emails anymore?  And if we will get them back?

Thank you!

Why aren't we receiving emails for Accepted Tax Payment from Intuit Payroll Service anymore?

Thanks for taking the time to scour our Community space for potential solutions. If you haven't encountered this yet, this solution will prove useful in resolving not receiving emails from Intuit Payroll Service, TracyG.

We can unblock or add the service-related email addresses to your email account as a "safe sender" to ensure you receive important communications from these services. For your email provider, we can add approved email addresses. Here's how it's done:

  1. From Intuit’s service email addresses table, add the QuickBooks products sender addresses to your contact list, address book, safe senders list, or allow list.
  2. Refer to one of the following support articles for your email provider:

If you didn't find any support resources for your preferred email provider, contact them to learn how to add or unblock Intuit's service email addresses. Additionally, some email domains may block communications from @intuit.com on their servers. These steps may resolve your issue:

  1. Send an email to do_not_reply@intuit.com. This should trigger the email domain to recognize the @intuit domain as a trusted site. Then try your request again.
  2. Wait at least 5 minutes after requesting a new verification code to see if the email appears in your inbox.
  3. If the email doesn't appear after 10 minutes, contact your email provider to evaluate the security settings for your email profile.

You can check out this article for more details about adding Intuit's service email addresses to your email's allow list: Receive important email messages from Intuit.

Feel free to get back to me here in the Community space if you need further assistance with this matter. You can also post here again if you have any additional QuickBooks-related concerns. It'll be my pleasure to cater to them again. Stay safe, and have a nice day!
